Although the topic is not pleasant to think about, James presented the facts and risks involved if we do not plan for the inevitable. My biggest takeaway was the urgency in getting my affairs in order. Estate planning puts me in control of what happens when I can no longer make decisions. Thank you Janis and James!!!"
